About Our Church

Draper's Valley Presbyterian Church is nestled among pastures and fields in a beautiful valley, surrounded by the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains, near the towns of Pulaski and Wytheville in Southwest Virginia. Our church was founded in the 1830's by Presbyterian settlers desiring their own house of worship. In 1983, our congregation overwhelmingly voted to leave the Presbyterian Church in the United States to join the Presbyterian Church in America, a Biblically-conservative, Reformed denomination with a strong commitment to missions and evangelism.

Our church adheres to the ancient standard of faith known as the Westminster Confession and the Larger and Shorter Catechisms. You can read more about our denomination and beliefs at http://www.pcanet.org .

We hope you will visit and worship with us soon at one of our two traditional morning services, Sunday evening service of study and song or our Midweek Service and Youth Groups. We trust you will find a warm and inviting vital fellowship of believers, hungry to hear the whole counsel of God.
